Julie Waters: The Place Beneath the Silence: Configurations & Tunings

1.	Westward Train	Guitar	Standard tuning, but with the capos configured for an open E6. The third-hand capo frets the A, D & B strings on the 2nd fret and the 3-string capo frets the G string on the first fret.
2.	The Tin Man's Wish	Guitar	Drop-A tuning (low E-string tuned to the A below it, an octave below the A string), with the G lowered to an F#. The 3-string capo frets the D, G & B strings on the 7th fret.
3.	Tradewinds	Banjo	Standard banjo tuning, with no capo.
4.	Loco Motion	Guitar	Standard tuning, with capos to form an open E-Major chord: 3rd-hand capo on the 2nd fret, covering the A & D strings, 3-string capo raising the G string to a G#.
5.	Morning Dew	Banjo	standard banjo tuning, but with the capo on the 5th fret.
6.	Fearless	Guitar	Standard tuning, but with the 3-string capo forming an open A-major chord by fretting the D, G & B strings on the 2nd fret.
7.	Basics	Bass	Standard bass guitar tuning.
8.	The Penguin Dance	Guitar	Standard tuning; open D-major chord formed by a full capo on the 5th fret, and the D, G & B strings capoed on the 7th fret.
9.	Alone in the Wilderness	Banjo	Standard banjo tuning, but with the capo on the 4th fret.
10.	Spirit Dance	Guitar	Open E-Minor tuning: 2-string capo on the 2nd fret, covering the A & D strings.
