Introduction

I don't exactly remember when I first got into birds and birding but I remember little moments. I used to take photos of all sorts of things: experimental photography, mostly black and white, very artsy, and much of it fun but never of things I had to work to capture. Birds are a recent development for me, and they've become a major passion over the past four or five years. This has inspired me to write up a short book, "The Book Of The Birds," about birds, birding and bird photography.
